Dr. Paymen Younesi
Medical Director and Chief of Staff

Dr. Younesi is an accomplished healthcare executive, operator, physician, leader and entrepreneur. With over a decade of experience in the field of medicine and post-acute care, Dr. Younesi currently serves as a Medical Director in multiple nursing homes and assisted living facilities in the NYC area overseeing 6,000 plus beds. He is an affiliate of the New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center and Medysis Health Network.

His unique specialty focuses on establishing excellence in clinical operations, improving quality of care and achieving deficiency-free regulatory reviews.

After obtaining his MD degree, Dr. Younesi completed his Internal Medicine residency at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center where he also served as chief resident during which time he was an integral part of developing the Palliative Care Initiative program. His early career began as a Director of Palliative and Hospice Care department at Mount Sinai Health System in Queens. At the same time, he founded his own PC with a network of multi-specialty clinicians. Further advancing his career, he then obtained an MBA degree from The New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

Dr. Younesi has since been involved in many healthcare-related ventures serving as both an investor and founder. He has established a reputation as a veteran of the post-acute care industry, being instrumental in expanding and growing access to high quality post-acute care options that improve outcomes.

Emma L. Al-Ebbinni
Clinical Coordinator and Compliance Officer

Boasting 30 years of experience in nursing leadership and education, Dr. Al-Ebbinni works alongside the executive team and providers of the Clear Choice family. She is an expert in clinical reimbursement on Medicaid, Medicare and Managed Care and has strategically improved nursing home facilities’ reimbursement. She has led the clinical team in establishing metrics and goals for processes and outcomes, internally and externally with hospital partners, and has set SNF standards in providing superior patient care and preventing hospitalizations. Emma is tasked with collaborating and educating providers on the CMS rules and regulations, organizational policies and procedures, and compliance.

Dr. Al-Ebbinni is a certified PRI assessor, RAC-CT, as well as other areas such as Behavioral Management, etc. She graduated from CSC-Bohol Provincial Hospital School of Nursing, Philippines in 1985 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and graduated from University of Phoenix with a Masters’ Degree in Nursing in 2014.
